Merlot
Offering soft, earthy yet fruity flavors and a dark rich color, Merlot has quickly gained popularity in the fast growing wine community. It has created an easy transition for the white wine drinker getting into reds. Once again, with the improvements in winemaking, some adventurous winemakers have found their niche creating some really interesting versions of this wine. The rich, single vineyard Chateau Ste Michelle Indian Wells from Washington is a great example. Try one with our Rotisserie Chicken.
