“We were drawn into the restaurant by the menu posted in the window which featured local, fresh ingredients and by the group of gentlemen who were seated near the window who were obviously enjoying every bite they were eating. We weren’t disappointed. There was a great selection of local, craft beers and my husband enjoyed an expertly prepared cocktail to start. Being in Colorado, we were leery about ordering oysters but the freshly shucked East Coast oysters were fantastic. I had the Walleye special and my husband had a steak. Everything was fresh and well prepared. The restaurant was busy, had a great ambiance, and was much less of a tourist destination. This was far and away, the best place we ate at in the 3 days we spent in Durango”
